  • 8-inch unbaked pie shell (if frozen, use 9-inch shell)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 to 3/4 c. pecan pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. light brown sugar

Directions

    Beat eggs and melt butter.

    Mix all ingredients (eggs, melted butter, vanilla, sugar and pecans) together.

    It is best to use a fork.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
