- 5 Tbsp. cream or Carnation milk
- 1 1/2 c. sugar (scant)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 stick butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. corn meal
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar on an electric mixer.

2Add rest of ingredients, then add one egg at a time, beating continually at medium speed.

3Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for only 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 325°, cover with Reynolds Wrap and bake 25 minutes more.
