  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs

Directions

    Cream butter; blend together sugar and cornstarch and add eggs one at a time.

    Beat mixture well; add vanilla.

    Pour into pie crust that has been baked 5 minutes in a 450° oven.

    Bake in a 350° oven until firm, about 45 minutes.
