  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter together.

    Add eggs one at a time.

    Add milk, cornmeal, vinegar, lemon juice and salt.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 325° and bake until set, about 45 minutes.
