- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 2 tsp. cornmeal
- 1 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar.

2Add buttermilk, cornmeal, vinegar, vanilla and eggs. Mix and pour into pie crust.

3Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

4Reduce heat to 350° and bake for 20 minutes.
