Directions

   Mix butter, 1 egg and cake mix (will be crumbly).

   Spread in bottom of 8 x 13-inch pan.

   Mix sugar, cream cheese and 3 eggs together with mixer.

   Spread over top of cake mixture.

   Cook in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
