  • 3 green peppers
  • 3 red peppers
  • 6 onions
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
  • 5 Tbsp. salt

    Process vegetables.

    Let stand 1 hour and drain.

    Add vinegar and spices; cook until tender.

    Put into hot sterile jars or process in hot water bath 10 to 15 minutes and seal.
