- 1/2 lb. bacon
- soy sauce
- brown sugar
- toothpicks
Directions

1Soak water chestnuts in soy sauce.

2Use enough to cover.

3Soak at least 4 hours.

4Remove chestnuts, one at a time and roll in brown sugar.

5Wrap bacon around chestnut and place a toothpick through the chestnut.

6Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes or until bacon is cooked.
