  • 1 - 1.5 lbs Tilapia fillets (or another white firm fish)
  • 4 cups Chex Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • Mustard Sauce
  • 2 Tblsp butter
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • 4 Tblsp hot mustard (Spicy brown - whatver you like)
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (optional)
