- 1 lb. sausage meat
- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 2 (12 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 c. chopped celery, pepper and onion
- 1 small can chopped mushrooms
Directions

1Fry sausage until brown; drain well.

2Place meat and chopped vegetables in 3-quart baking dish.

3Add rice, broth and mushrooms; mix well.

4Cover; bake at 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until liquid is completely absorbed.

5Stir occasionally.
