- 1 box Mochiko (1 lb.)
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (12 oz.) can coconut milk
- 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- few drops food coloring
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Cover with foil.

4Bake on the middle shelf at 350° for 1 hour.

5Cool and cut into 3/4 x 2-inch pieces.

6Roll into potato starch or kinako.
