  • 2 quarts water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds, available in health food stores
  • Several sprigs of sage for garnish (optional)

Directions

    Stir together the water, lime juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
