- 2 quarts water
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chia seeds, available in health food stores
- Several sprigs of sage for garnish (optional)
Directions

1Stir together the water, lime juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
