  • 3 cups Chick peas
  • 2 TB Vegetable oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lg onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/4 c Tamari
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 3 Tbls tahini
  • 2 tsp parsley
