- 3 cups Chick peas
- 2 TB Vegetable oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lg onion, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 2 carrots, grated
- 1/4 c Tamari
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 3 Tbls tahini
- 2 tsp parsley
