  • 3 lb. chicken parts (legs, thighs, wings)
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Goya Adobo
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. Goya extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 lemon and 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 packet Sazon Goya con culantro yachiote
  • Goya corn oil for frying

    Cut parts into morsels and discard wing tips.
