- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 (15 oz.) cans light kidney beans
- 2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 c. water
- onions, garlic and 1 medium green bell pepper (additional ingredients according to individual taste)
Directions

1Cook ground beef and drain grease.

2Put ground beef and all remaining ingredients into a large boiler pan. Cook for 3 hours on medium heat until the texture becomes thick and ground beef is coated with the tomato base.

3Serve with garlic bread or saltine crackers.
