  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans light kidney beans
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 c. water
  • onions, garlic and 1 medium green bell pepper (additional ingredients according to individual taste)

Directions

    Cook ground beef and drain grease.

    Put ground beef and all remaining ingredients into a large boiler pan. Cook for 3 hours on medium heat until the texture becomes thick and ground beef is coated with the tomato base.

    Serve with garlic bread or saltine crackers.
