- 29 ounces chick peas can of, - drained but not rinsed
- 2 roasted bell peppers - any color
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions

1Preheat Oven 350 degrees:

2Wash the peppers and leave them whole. Place on a baking and roast in oven until they become slightly charred.

3Let cool then remove stem.

4For the Dip:

5Place the drained chick peas in a food processor with the garlic, peppers, seasonings and olive oil.

6Process this mixture until smooth and fluffy.

7Serve with your favorite chips or veggies.
