- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 can spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- 12 to 14 flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain fat.

2Add spaghetti sauce to beef and mix well.

3Warm tortillas in microwave 10 seconds until soft and pliable.

4Place 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce mixture in the middle of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese.

5Wrap tortilla into an envelope (bottom, top, then sides together) and fasten with a toothpick.

6Either fry in oil, turning after browned, and drain; or bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 400° until crisp.
