- 6 chicken breast filets
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 6 oz. mushrooms, quartered
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 thick slices bacon, cubed
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 c. seasoned flour
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 1/4 c. water
- salt, pepper and chopped parsley
Directions

1Halve each chicken filet and dust with seasoned flour.

2Melt butter or margarine in a skillet and lightly brown chicken.

3Add bacon and onion; saute until brown.

4Add wine, water, mushrooms and potatoes.

5Mix gently, cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are done.

6Adjust seasoning, if necessary, and sprinkle with parsley.

7Serves four.
