- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. shredded orange peel
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 orange, sectioned
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Combine flour with chili powder.

2Coat chicken.

3In 10-inch skillet, over medium-high heat, cook chicken until brown on all sides in butter.

4Stir in remaining flour mixture, orange peel, orange juice, sugar and salt.

5Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender.

6Add orange sections and heat.

7Serves four.
