- 1 onion (small), chopped
- 5 to 6 pieces chicken (legs or other)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tomatoes or 1 small can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Pour olive oil in pan and heat.

2Add garlic and onion and saute.

3Add chicken and cook thoroughly (you can cover and let cook, just check it so it won't burn).

4When the chicken is almost cooked, add the tomatoes, this makes the sauce.

5Keep covered and simmer.

6Serve over rice.
