- 10 canned biscuits
- 6 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1 onion
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Place chicken in Dutch oven with water to cover; add the onion, celery, salt and pepper.

2Simmer for approximately 1 hour. Melt butter, flour and milk to form a paste.

3Gradually add 2 cups broth, then soup.

4Place boned chicken in bottom of casserole dish.

5Cover with sauce.

6Bake at 450° until bubbly.

7Reduce heat to 375°.

8Place biscuits on top; cook until brown.
