  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
  • chicken breasts
  • 1 c. buttermilk pancake mix
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c. corn meal
  • milk

Directions

    Place vegetables in slow cooker.

    In small bowl, combine soup, water, poultry seasoning, onion powder and bouillon.

    Blend well; pour over half of mixture over vegetables.

    Top with chicken breasts; pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
