  • 1 to 2 lb chicken wings
  • 1 lb. smoked sausage
  • 1 lb. chopped okra
  • 1 lb. shrimp (if desired)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
  • garlic powder to taste
  • seasoned salt to taste
  • crushed red pepper to taste
  • black or white pepper to taste
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. bacon fat or to taste
  • salt to taste

    large pot, put wings, 1 onion, salt, 1 can tomato sauce, red

    pepper, black or white pepper and enough water to cover wings.

    Saute sausage to extract grease; don't brown.

    Set aside. Clean and devein shrimp;

    Heat, then add okra and onions. Saute
