  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 pt. heavy whipping cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except whipping cream, together well. Beat whipping cream and fold into mixture.

    Pour into cooled pie crust.

    Makes 2 (8-inch) pies or 1 (10-inch) pie.
