- 1 good size fryer
- 3 c. Minute rice
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 tsp. cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 c. chopped green chili peppers
Directions

1Boil chicken, saving broth; debone and shred into bite size chunks.

2Cook rice according to directions on box using 1 1/2 cups water and 1 1/2 cups broth.

3After rice has set, add spices, tomato sauce, chili peppers and chicken.

4Mix well.

5Pour into a serving dish.
