  • 1 can condensed fat-free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can condensed fat-free cream of celery soup
  • 1 can condensed fat-free cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms with liquid
  • 1 1/2 c. regular rice (not Minute rice; uncooked)
  • assorted chicken parts or breasts
  • margarine
  • pepper
  • paprika

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together in 9 x 13 pan; place chicken on top.

    Drizzle with margarine.

    Sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300°.
