  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced scallions
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
