  • 3 lb. chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 1 1/3 c. water
  • 1 1/3 c. Minute rice

Directions

    Flour chicken and brown in butter.

    Combine other ingredients. Pour half over rice prepared according to box directions.

    Lay chicken on top and pour remainder of liquid over the chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes or longer.
