- 4 to 5 cut up chicken breasts
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. sherry wine
- 1 small can mushroom pieces and stems and juice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Fry chicken in oleo until brown.

2Mix wine, mushrooms and soup.

3Pour mixture over chicken, stirring with butter to mix. Baste over top of chicken and put in oven for about 1 hour at 350°. Remove and baste some more gravy on chicken.

4Put remaining gravy in bowl and serve on rice.
