Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 cut up chicken breasts
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 c. sherry wine
  • 1 small can mushroom pieces and stems and juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Fry chicken in oleo until brown.

    Mix wine, mushrooms and soup.
  3. 3
    Pour mixture over chicken, stirring with butter to mix. Baste over top of chicken and put in oven for about 1 hour at 350°. Remove and baste some more gravy on chicken.

    Put remaining gravy in bowl and serve on rice.
