- 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (mild Mexican), cubed
- 1 1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- butter
- 1 large bell pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 can mushrooms
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Boil spaghetti and drain.

2Boil chicken and debone.

3Saute bell pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter.

4Put in Ro-Tel tomatoes.

5Cube Velveeta Mexican cheese and put on top of mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cheese melts.
