  • 1 chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (mild Mexican), cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb. spaghetti
  • butter
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • salt and pepper

    Boil spaghetti and drain.

    Boil chicken and debone.

    Saute bell pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter.

    Put in Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    Cube Velveeta Mexican cheese and put on top of mixture. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cheese melts.
