  • 1 pkg. cranberries
  • 1 tall can crushed pineapple
  • 1 pt. whipping cream or large carton nondairy whipped topping
  • 1 jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar

Directions

    Grind cranberries in blender or food chopper.

    Add drained pineapple and sugar.

    Let stand for 2 hours or overnight.

    Whip the cream; add Marshmallow Creme and fold in cranberry mixture. Add nuts. Chill.
