  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavored)
  • 4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. parsley

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on box, but do not let stand.

    Spoon stuffing into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

    Lay chicken on top of mix, overlapping if necessary.

    Combine soup, milk and parsley.

    Pour over chicken.

    Cover and bake 20 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
