Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg white, beaten
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing crumbs
- 1/2 c. hot chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. white wine or sherry
- 1/2 tsp. dill weed or tarragon
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Stir margarine into hot chicken broth in bowl until melted.

3Add stuffing crumbs, red pepper and beaten egg white.

4Stir until moist.

5Spoon chicken stuffing over chicken. Evenly roll.

6Tightly secure with toothpick.

7Place in greased square baking dish.

8Brush with butter and pepper.

9Bake 30 to 35 minutes.

10Heat soup, water, wine and dill.

11Serve over chicken.
