Ingredients

  • 2 c. cut up, cooked chicken (may use all white or some dark)
  • 2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. toasted almonds
  • 1 can (small) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in order given.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

    Top with Rice Krispies and bake additional 10 minutes. Serves 6.
