  • 1 package (8 Oz) Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Chives Or 2 To 3 Fresh Green Onions, Chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons Softened Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Cubed Or Shredded Chicken, Cooked
  • 2 cans Pillsbury Or Store Brand Refrigerated Rolls

Directions

    Mix together first 4 ingredients, then add chicken.

    Open the cans of refrigerated rolls.
  3. 3
    Using your hands, flatten each roll out.
  4. 4
    Pull and stretch slowly as to not tear the dough.
  5. 5
    Place about 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture on each roll and pinch it closed to form a ball.

    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 F for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

    I love to use leftover chicken and Thanksgiving turkey.

    Freeze leftovers.

    To re heat, microwave one or two at a time for 45 to 60 seconds.
