- 3 lb. frying chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Directions

1Select and cut chicken as for frying.

2Mix remaining ingredients.

3Salt and pepper chicken. Dip each piece of chicken in sauce and place in aluminum foil.

4Pour remaining sauce over it and fold up tightly.

5Place in roaster. Cover and place in a 500° oven.

6Cook for 15 minutes. Turn oven down to 350° and cook an additional 1 hour and 15 minutes.
