- 3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c. white rice
- 2 chicken bouillon or granules
- 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 1 small or large can mushrooms
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Place dry, uncooked rice in a 9 x 13-inch pan, or larger if recipe is doubled.

2Break up bouillon cubes or granules over dry rice.

3Place dry onion soup, green pepper and mushrooms over dry rice.

4Cover with cold water.

5Place uncooked chicken breasts over top of all ingredients.

6Cover with soup concentrate in globs. Top with sliced almonds. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
