  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. chicken bouillon
  • 8 oz. Muenster cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • seasoned bread crumbs

Directions

    Soak chicken pieces in a mixture of the egg and milk for a few hours.

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Butter an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. In skillet, melt butter.

    Drain chicken and dredge in bread crumbs. Saute in butter. When all is browned, place in baking dish. Sprinkle with mushrooms and cheese.

    Pour bouillon over and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
