  • 2 chickens or chicken parts
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)
  • 1 c. sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. toasted sesame seed

Directions

    Combine brown sugar, ginger, sherry and soy sauce.

    Marinate chicken 1/2 to 1 hour in sauce.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Cook in sauce, uncovered, until tender and brown, 1 hour at 350°.

    Good Party dish.

    Amount of chicken can be reduced to suit.
