- 1/2 tsp. ginger (ground)
- 1 c. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. toasted sesame seed
Directions

1Combine brown sugar, ginger, sherry and soy sauce.

2Marinate chicken 1/2 to 1 hour in sauce.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Cook in sauce, uncovered, until tender and brown, 1 hour at 350°.

5Good Party dish.

6Amount of chicken can be reduced to suit.
