- 4 large chicken breasts, cut in half
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated
- paprika
Directions

1Partially boil chicken breasts for 1/2 hour.

2When cool remove skin and bones.

3Cook broccoli until almost done, about 5 minutes. Do not overcook.

4Heat soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice over medium heat.

5In a long baking dish or pan, cover bottom with cooked broccoli in a single layer.

6Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer over broccoli.

7Pour sauce mixture over top. Sprinkle with grated cheese over the entire top.

8Use a generous amount for a bubbly, cheesy taste.

9Sprinkle with paprika.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.

11Do not cover.

12Can be prepared the day before.

13Cover and refrigerate.
