  • chicken breasts, boned (1/2 breast per person)
  • 3/4 lb. dried chipped beef
  • 1 strip bacon for each breast
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Arrange dried beef on bottom of casserole dish.

    Wrap a strip around rolled up chicken breasts.

    Place over dried beef.

    Spread undiluted soup over all and cover.

    Bake 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.

    Baste several times.

    Bake at 325°.
