- 12 chicken breasts (remove bones)
- 1 c. white wine or cooking sherry
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can white chestnuts
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In frypan, place oil and then the chicken breasts (boned). Brown in oil, salt and pepper.

2Then place in casserole.

3Mix 1 cup white wine or cooking sherry.

4Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup.

5Cover with 1 can white chestnuts and green pepper.

6Bake, covered, 30 minutes or until tender.

7Usually cooked nearly an hour.
