  • 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts (skinless)
  • 1 qt. brown gravy
  • 1 tsp. rosemary
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 1/2 c. Sauterne wine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Coat chicken breasts with 1/2 cup flour, salt and pepper. Place in preheated skillet with oil covering bottom of skillet. Brown both sides, drain oil.

    Add 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.

    Sprinkle both sides of breasts with basil and rosemary. Saute both sides for 1/2 minute.

    Add wine and saute for 1 minute. Add brown gravy.

    Place in preheated oven at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.

    Remove chicken onto serving dish, mix remainder of ingredients left in pan, heat and pour over breasts on serving dish.
