- 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1/8-inch slices (2 c.)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 c. broccoli flowerets (20 oz. frozen)
- 1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Directions

1In a small bowl combine chicken, soy sauce and vegetable oil. Place broccoli and 1/2 cup chicken broth in wok.

2Cook with medium heat until stems are tender.

3Push up the side of wok.

4Increase heat to high.

5Add chicken mixture and garlic powder.

6Stir-fry until chicken turns white and is cooked.

7Combine cornstarch with remaining 1/2 of broth.

8Stir into wok and heat until thickened. Serve over bed of rice and sprinkle with chow mein noodles.
