- 2 lb. skinned and boned chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. fine fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. heavy cream or milk
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions

1Finely grind chicken breasts in food processor.

2Stir in 1 cup bread crumbs, cream, parsley, onions, salt and pepper.

3Blend well.

4Shape into patties.

5Refrigerate 1 hour.

6Dredge in bread crumbs.

7Heat oil and butter in skillet and cook burgers until done.
