  • 1-2 lbs. Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless)
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • Red Pepper is good if a little spice is desired
  • 28 oz. Can Whole Tomatoes (Cut)
  • 6 oz. Can Tomato Paste
