Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. can tomatoes with juice
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 small bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lb. spaghetti

Directions

    Heat the oil and cook the chicken in it until the chicken is golden brown.

    Add remaining ingredients, except the spaghetti. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.

    Remove bay leaf.

    Serve with spaghetti.
