- 1 1/2 lb. chicken cutlets
- 1 large onion
- 1 1/2 stalks celery
- 2 green peppers (thick skinned)
- canned or fresh mushrooms (1 medium can or 1/2 lb. fresh)
- oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder
- homemade marinara sauce
Directions

1Saute chicken cutlets (cut into medium pieces).

2In another pan, fry peppers which are cut in pieces.

3Cook 5 to 6 minutes. Place them in a dish.

4In the same pan, cook celery and onion until tender.

5You can add mushrooms if using fresh ones (cut into slices).

6Season to taste.

7Then combine vegetables and chicken. Add your sauce and cook 1 hour.
