  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 8 oz.
  • 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE Classic Caesar Dressing
  • 3 cups frozen, sweetened peach slices, thawed
  • 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
  • 2 cups letter-shaped sweetened oat and corn cereal with marshmallow bits
  • 2 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk

Directions

    Toss lettuce, chicken strips, croutons, cheese, dressing and salt-free seasonings to taste in large salad bowl.

    Split among 4 serving plates.

    Mix peaches, flour and 1/2 tsp.

    of the cinnamon in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Mix cereal, margarine, and remaining 1/2 tsp.
