- 6 chicken breasts, boned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (more or less)
- 1/3 c. sherry wine or white wine or dry vermouth
- sliced almonds (1/2 c.)
Directions

1Dip breasts in flour, salt and pepper.

2Brown in frying pan. Put in baking dish.

3Mix soup, wine and cheese and pour over chicken.

4Top with almonds.

5Cover with foil and bake slowly in a 350° oven for about 1 hour.
