  • 6 chicken breasts, boned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (more or less)
  • 1/3 c. sherry wine or white wine or dry vermouth
  • sliced almonds (1/2 c.)

Directions

    Dip breasts in flour, salt and pepper.

    Brown in frying pan. Put in baking dish.

    Mix soup, wine and cheese and pour over chicken.

    Top with almonds.

    Cover with foil and bake slowly in a 350° oven for about 1 hour.
